北京润生农村发展公益基金会正式成立于2015年6月，是经北京市民政局正式注册登记的非公募基金会。

Officially founded in June, 2015, Beijing Runsheng Foundation for Rural Development  is officially registered with Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau as a non-public foundation .

北京润生农村发展公益基金会是由一批长期从事农村工作和农村政策研究工作，对农村历史、现状 、发展有研究积累的热心农村公益事业的专业人员组成。

Beijing Runsheng Foundation for Rural Development’s members are experts who study rural affairs and rural policy and have long-term experience with rural history, current situation, and future development.

北京润生农村发展公益基金会的决策机构是理事会。

The decision-making agency for Beijing Runsheng Foundation for Rural Development  is the board of directors.

北京润生农村发展公益基金会下设立行政部、财务部、项目研究部和合作发展部四个部门。

Beijing Runsheng Foundation for Rural Development  has four departments: dept. of administration, dept. of financials, dept. of project research, and dept. of cooperation and development.

北京润生农村发展公益基金会的宗旨是支持我国农村改革与发展事业，构建和谐社会。资金主要来源于社会各界的捐赠和赞助。业务范围包括支持开展农业技能和知识传播的公益活动；资助与农村发展研究有关的学术调研、交流并对有突出贡献的集体和个人进行奖励。资助或组织农村发展、建设相关的培训、考察交流、出版等活动。

Beijing Runsheng Foundation for Rural Development’s mission is to support rural reform and development in China and to build a harmonious society. Funding is mainly from donation and sponsor from various sectors. The scope of Runsheng’s work covers education programs for agricultural skills and knowledge, funding academic investigation and communication related to rural development and awarding institutions and individuals with extraordinary contributions, and funding and organizing training, communication, publication and other activities related to rural development and construction.

本基金会具备中国农村发展与研究领域广泛的人才、技术和政策研究方面的资源，有全国长期农村发展研究各高层单位的专家为顾问和评审员，并在我国农村发展研究领域，设立了全国性的“中国农村发展研究奖”。

Runsheng foundation has the wide range of resources including talented staff, technologies, and policy studies related to Chinese rural development, as well as consultants and reviewers who are national experts on rural development. Runsheng has also established the nationwide “Chinese Rural Development Research Award”.
